Since 2001, I’ve helped clients across Colorado Springs and the surrounding Front Range successfully buy and sell real estate, completing hundreds of transactions along the way. I work with buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, investors, and clients purchasing luxury homes, land, ranches, townhomes, and condos. Every client has a different goal, and every property requires a tailored strategy. That’s why I take a hands-on, customized approach to every transaction.

In today’s market, success comes down to more than just exposure—it requires smart pricing, strong negotiation, and the ability to navigate inspections, contracts, and timelines without surprises. With over two decades of experience, I help my clients stay ahead of the process and avoid costly mistakes.

My local focus includes North Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest, Briargate, Flying Horse, Pine Creek, Falcon, and Peyton. Understanding these areas allows me to position homes correctly and help buyers recognize true value.

Outside of real estate, I’m proud to serve on the board of the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo,  supporting our community and local military families. I have also served on the Trilakes Chamber of Commerse Board of Directors.
