Shellee started her career in the real estate industry in 1992 and due to her husband’s career, has relocated multiple times over the course of several years, earning hands on real estate experience in the States of CA,NV, AZ, ID &  they've now settled in beautiful Colorado. 
 
Shellee has a tenacious work ethic & possess both the emotional intelligence & the professional poise that is critical to be successful in this field. She is in constant communication with her clients as they go thru the entire process, and always available even after a transaction has closed.
 
After purchasing her first home at18 years old, Shellee has owned several homes, as well as investment properties, which makes her empathetic to any clients' experiences, regardless of the current real estate climate. 
 
In addition, Shellee embraces the rising prevalence of technology in this industry & recognizes how it helps her clients assess the market in real-time.  Her technological savvy, attentiveness to clients needs, extensive market knowledge and a passion for marketing gives her an edge and ensures optimal results.  
 
Shellee enjoys nearly all outdoor activity & is an avid runner, hiker, cyclist, skier, boater  & enjoys SUP, kayaking and camping.   Travelling is another passion, both within the United States and beyond!
 
Shellee’s husband is a retired Air Force Veteran, she has two adult children & is a fun yet fierce ‘grandma-bear’ to her 8 grandchildren.
